Some fine print

¹ Everyone who enters before the episode begins will be included in the drawing. The winner will be randomly chosen after the episode has begun; drawing will be done by ASMP staff, whose decision will be final. (ASMP staff and national board members are not eligible.) There is no cost to enter. However, the prize may constitute taxable income, and the winner should consult his/her own tax advisers on whether and how to report it.

 

² Copies of the book will be shipped when they become available; the estimated publication date is October 2012.
