Submitting Proof of Status


Proof of Status for Student Associate Members

ASMP accepts any of the following documents as proof of enrollment:

  • A class schedule on official school letterhead
  • Letter of admission from a department head or admissions office
  • An email sent directly to membership@asmp.org by a school official verifying your current status as an enrolled student

 

Screen captures and PDFs of class schedules, tuition statements, transcripts and the like from official school online information systems are acceptable if they include:

  • your name
  • the school name or logo
  • dates and additional facts indicating current enrollment.

 

Submitting Proof of Status

Official school documents can be submitted by:

 

Proof of Status for Educator Associate Members

ASMP accepts any of the following as proof of employment:

  • A teaching schedule on official school letterhead
  • A letter on school stationary from your supervisor or Human Resources Department
  • An email sent directly to membership@asmp.org by a school official verifying your status as a full-time educator

 

Screen captures and PDFs of class schedules, paystubs and the like from official school online information systems are acceptable if they include

  • your name
  • the school name or logo
  • additional facts that show your full-time educator status.
